An Administrative Assistant will assist with day-to-day office operations such as filing, managing documents, reporting, preparing documents for meetings, answering phone calls, preparing and sending invoices, receiving and paying invoices, reviewing timecards and processing payroll.

Under general supervision, a mechanic will perform preventative maintenance, new vehicle setup, diagnostic of electrical, DPF, hydraulic and air systems, repairs in the shop mainly on Pickup trucks, small tools. With the ability to grow into dump trucks and heavy equipment.

The superintendent is responsible for the direct oversight and completion of all projects assigned as efficiently and effectively as possible and in accordance with job specifications and regulations. The superintendent is responsible for the direct supervision and efficient and effective use of equipment and personnel onsite including Sub-Contractors, customers, and other trades onsite.

A lead heavy equipment operator is responsible for overseeing daily operations at a jobsite as well as operating heavy equipment. A lead operator is responsible for collecting, coding and handing in any job-related paperwork on a weekly basis. A lead operator will run various equipment including excavators, dozers, backhoes, loaders and dump trucks for commercial site work.
