Site Superintendent

Lead and mentor Foremen and crews across multiple job sites.
Address and assist with resolving any issues or challenges that arise during completion of project.
Coordinate with General Superintendent, Project Manager(s), General Contractor(s), Subcontractor(s) and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project completion.
Understand and utilize GPS rover and basic GPS machine control to build projects per plan and specs.
Coordinate and manage all equipment and manpower for assigned projects.
Coordinate equipment repairs and services with General Superintendent and Shop Foreman.
Follow and promote all guidelines, policies and procedures established by the company and General Contractors while on the job site.
Assist with all project schedules.
Set goals and deadlines.
Ensure foremen’s, operators, and labors turn out high-quality work with excellent customer service.
Help teach operators, pipe layers and labors skills and methods to improve consistency, performance, and quality.

10 years of experience is required.
Proficient understanding of site construction practices, processes, and standards is required.
Proficient understanding of blueprints and specs is required.
Understanding of how to utilize GPS, pipe lasers, rotating lasers, and auto levels is preferred.
